Clara Whaley Vice, 81, of Butler, formerly of Walton, died Feb. 2, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Fort Thomas. She was a restaurant hostess for Town and Country Restaurant in Covington and a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Williamstown.
